Thank you for supporting our wellness ministry. Our services, memberships, and products are offered with the intention of making holistic health accessible, affordable, and meaningful. Because we operate as a ministry and provide low-cost therapeutic access, we have a firm and simple refund policy:

Membership Fees

• All membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Please consider your commitment prayerfully before enrolling, as we are unable to offer refunds once payment has been made.

Retail Products

• Retail items are non-returnable, with the sole exception of products that arrive visibly broken or defective.

• Any damaged items must be reported and returned within 48 hours of purchase in order to qualify for an exchange or credit.
